The detached montain hut built in 2010 and is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. Also due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and campfire site. Jacuzzi with a diameter of 2 m, depth 0.70 m, for 4 people. It's a Finnish sauna, runs on electricity. The sauna can be operated by the owners or clients can request, this will be arranged locally on arrival.

Svahovรก, 800 m above sea level. The montain hut is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is well maintained. The house stands in the Chalet area Svahova in Erzgebirge, not far from the town of Chomutov (11 km), where all the important services incl. Medical care can be found. The house is surrounded by forests and meadows, whereby the absolute peace and privacy is guaranteed for nature lovers. In the immediate vicinity (approx 80 m) is on the hotel Svahova, which is known for its excellent cuisine. Access is via a side road. Right next to the complex there are 3 car parking spaces and a tennis court (grass).
