This is a unique property that has been owner occupied for 30 years. The large yard, deck, outdoor dining area, inground pool, hot tub, and pool Tiki bar are unique for a shore property. The large, covered front porch is classic with comfortable furniture to enjoy the cool breezes in the evenings. The kitchen was completely remodeled a few years ago and includes a separate computer/desk area. There is a small family room off the kitchen that looks out over the pool and deck. Enjoy the view through three sets of french doors that open to bring the outside in. The bedrooms are spacious and three of the second floor bedrooms have access to decks. The seventh bedroom is located in the guest room (above the garage) and includes a full bath. Located one and one half blocks to the beach, the house is near the Ventnor library, a playground, and numerous restaurants within walking distance. It is the perfect shore home. One week rentals are available.

Summary: We had such a great week in Ventnor City for our family reunion! We had always spent our summer vacations at the Jersey Shore while growing up, so we knew this was where we wanted to come for our family reunion! This home is sooooo beautiful and had everything we needed , plus more! The house is decorated so nice, ..the yard has beautiful flowers , trees...we felt like we were at our own private resort! I have used VRBO/Homeaway many times when traveling, and this truly was one of the nicest homes I have ever stayed in! The house is very cozy....we loved sitting around the pool in the evenings for BBQ dinners, then coming inside for some family game night! The beach is only one block away, so every day we were able to walk the beach and look for seashells, play in the ocean waves, or ride the bikes on the boardwalk down to Atlantic City (only a few miles away!) One day we took the kids crabbing! It was so much fun and we had a feast that evening! The owners are so kind and were very helpful. They gave us lots of ideas for activities in the area...and if we had any questions or problems, they responded to us right away! Everything we needed was at this house...bikes, beach toys/chairs/umbrellas. a ping pong table, grill, firepit....We couldn't have stayed in a nicer home! Definitely 5 stars all around!
