The farmhouse is one of a hamlet of ten award-winning cottages on gated grounds at Haddon Grove Farm. Located just outside the historic market town of Bakewell, in the heart of the beautiful Peak District National Park, the cottages are set amongst three acres of beautiful private countryside with views over Lathkill Dale NNR. Each cottage is perfectly set up for a family friendly break with fabulous facilities on-site including an indoor swimming pool.
Undeniably tasteful and rustically chic, Haddon Grove Farmhouse has character features including a huge inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, exposed beams and original thick stone walls.
The farmhouse benefits from a huge dining kitchen/conservatory, well equipped with two dishwashers, two ovens and a huge sink, so everyone can help with the cooking and relax and dine together!
Haddon Grove Farmhouse has five bedrooms; two bedrooms have 6' super king beds, two bedrooms have king size bed and the fifth bedroom is a twin room. Two of the bedrooms have en suite shower rooms and there is a family bathroom. One of the superking bedrooms and en suite shower room is on the ground floor, suitable for less mobile guests.
Outside, the farmhouse has its own garden with built in barbecue facilities and lots of outdoor dining and seating space. It's perfect for unwinding or a spot of stargazing at the end of the day.
This charming farmhouse has the added benefit of wonderful on-site facilities, enjoyed by all of the farm's guests. There is a glorious leisure centre with a shared indoor heated swimming pool (open 7am to 10pm daily) and games room (pool table, table tennis) to ensure there's never a dull moment.
You have shared use of the grounds with plenty of outdoor seating and built in barbecue areas. The open field to the rear has football nets and badminton facilities and the space to gather the family for a cricket tournament. There is also a communal laundry room, a secure bike shed and boot room with walking maps and guides to the areas activities.

The dedicated secure storage bike shed has bike racks and a push button entry mechanism. There is also an outside hosepipe facility to clean your bikes after a day's ride.
Boot Room:
The dedicated boot room allows you to change muddy boots and wet clothes and leave them in situ without having to take them in to your beautiful cottages. You also don't have to worry about the mud or the wet floor in the boot room........We will do the cleaning!
Leisure Complex:
Situated in the grounds, the leisure centre comprises a heated swimming pool and upstairs games room with pool table and table tennis.
The swimming pool has shower and changing facilities and is heated to 29 degrees all year round. Perfect for resting & recuperating after a long day's walk or as a rainy day alternative to getting out & about.
Please note, you will be required to bring your own towels for the swimming pool.
