Escape the city and experience small-town mountain living in this newly-renovated, 3-story 1880's classic home, Nestled between the Rondout Creek and picturesque Main Street in Rosendale. Just 1.5 hours from Manhattan, and in the heart of the Hudson Valley, this is perfect for a peaceful getaway, or wedding overflow for nearby Mohonk Mountain House, Hutton Brickyards and Inness resorts. Large enough for the whole family to enjoy the summer weather on the river!
The space
Step onto your covered front porch, and enter through the big glass doors equipped with coded self-locking locks. A Fully stocked kitchen built for cooking and large living area with dining area and smart TV, await you on the ground floor--perfect for gathering and entertaining! Kurig coffee maker-with pods, blender, toaster, spices, baking pans, and pretty much anything else you would need are all in the kitchen. The Primary suite is the entire 2nd level, with 2-person soaking tub in the corner overlooking the Rondout Creek (complete with champagne bucket stand), and private sitting area. On the 3rd floor you'll find 4 equally-sized Queen bedrooms, a grand bathroom with 12 foot ceilings and views of the river. Each bathroom has a towel warming bucket and personal heater for those chilly nights. The beds are all tempur-pedic, with luxury hotel linens, and down-filled duvets and pillows. Everything in the home is brand new and intricately curated for a stay that rivals 5-star hotels.

We own over 500 feet of the waterfront on the Rondout, including the riverbed lawn behind the next 5 houses to our right if you're facing the river. This is accessed by walking out the back door, to your right behind the parked cars till you find a little path that takes you up and over to the riverside. Perfect for picnics, swimming, fishing, tubing, cornhole or any outdoor activities when the weather is nice.
