A washing machine and a drying rack are also available.
Outside, you will find a terrace with its garden furniture and barbecue as well as a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by traditional flowers and palm trees with crystal clear water heated by the Pattaya sun!
The villa is ideally located between the famous Walking Street and the beaches of Jomtien and Pratumnak.
Close to all amenities and all kinds of shops, laundry, taxi service and scooter rental. A few steps away, you will discover very good restaurants open mornings, lunchtimes and evenings as well as 7-Eleven convenience stores.
For your peace of mind, the villa is adorned with plants and blackout walls. And, is secured by video surveillance as well as a security guard present in the neighborhood 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Summary: Second time we have stayed at one of Thierrys villas every narrow Sois leading to the Properties pool got a lot of use every clean inside and out quick check in by his daugter enjoyed our stay here
