Summary: The cabin was beautiful, we spent our new years week there, the cabin is about 15 min drive to Gatlinburg downtown. Take Ski Mountain Rd up to the 2nd entrance to (S Baden Rd), the (N Baden Rd) is a single dangerous road, with no rails, we had a 12 passenger tall van and felt like we were going to die, specially w them another car was coming the opposite way. We called (S Baden Rd) the safe way, because it’s double lane almost until the last road. We’re happy we found this road, because we didn’t want to leave the cabin and go thru that scary road. The only 2 things that didn’t work in the cabin, was the stove & the keurig. The letters on the stove were erased, so we had to figure out which way was high or low, and it would take a long time to cook our food. The Keurig would say it needs water but we had just added some, we would push brew and it sounded like it would brew but it wouldn’t. Overall I would recommend this cabin, close to downtown and 20-25 min drive to Pigeon Forge.
