Positive: The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. It was very modern. The kitchen facilities were good. The entrance hall was great for keeping shoes and bags away from the living area. The sofa and the bed were very comfortable. The shower had a powerful flow of water. We really liked Malpica. The underground parking is helpful for unloading and loading bags but we parked easily on the street must if the time. The buildings in Malpica are not particularly pretty but it has great character and some great bars and restaurants with a lovely atmosphere. It is worth visiting the fish market late afternoon to watch the negotiations. The walks straight from the doorstep are wonderful. The coastline and beaches are beautiful. Alex is lovely and so easy to communicate with giving us great tips for places to see, eat and drink and readily available for questions. The view from the balcony was fabulous when we were here because it was very windy and the waves were spectacular. Alex returned our damage deposit within an hour of us leaving which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Alex for a very enjoyable stay.
