Just a few steps away from the Woblitzsee lake, in a residential area, there is a holiday apartment for 2 people in the owner's house on his completely fenced residential property of around 1,200 square metres. (The property borders on the grounds of a school.) The Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle path runs directly past the estate, the centre of Wesenberg with shops and restaurants is approx. 1,000 m away and the popular, beautiful beach on the Weißer See is approx. 2 km away.
The approx. 60 m² non-smoking flat, renovated in 2021, with separate entrance and underfloor heating has a living room (sofa set, flat-screen TV), a separate, large kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, dining table, radio, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway. There is also a large, sunny and furnished terrace, barbecue, a car parking space, bicycle storage facilities, free Wi-Fi and, on request, a high chair and travel cot for children.
The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.
Wesenberg is a recognised recreation resort directly on the Woblitzsee, part of the popular Upper Havel Waterway, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Small Lakes Region.
