Failure to abide by this rule will result in guest immediately vacating premises with no refund, with the forfeiture of their security deposit and paying a $100 per animal per booked night additional guest fee.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping on premises either inside or outside. Smoking and/or vaping products must be disposed off property, not in our or our neighbor's garbage cans.
