Its prime location grants swift access to the National Park, local amenities, and a serene neighborhood. The home is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with a total of 3 beds in the home 2-queens and 1- king. Two of the rooms are private and secluded where as the other is more open to the living space but still provides full bedroom amenities. The master bedroom has it's own personal bathroom. Every bedroom is equipied with a wireless charging station for your phone, watch, and ear buds.
Bathrooms are fully equiped with essesntials. Fresh clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton pads, q-tips, and toilet paper.
The kitchen has everything for your culinary needs. Full set of pots, pans, and baking sheets, as well as olive oil, salt and pepper. A full coffee station with Keurig and french press. Coffe pods, tea, sweetners, and creamers are provided.
The living room is large enough for everyone to mingle, play a game, or enjoy a movie night. Please enjoy a game night with some of the board and card games provided.
The outdoor patio and pool is the perfect place to unwind under the desert sun. Swim all day or play a game of horse shoes, corn hole or large block jenga. Home is in close proximity to the mountains making the night sky perfect for stargazing with minimal light pollution. Enjoy a bbq with family and friends around the spacious patio table.
POOL DISCLAIMER- The paint in the bottom of the pool is peeling. It will in no way impair your ability to enjoy the pool but we do ask that you bear with us until the weather cools down so that we can repair it. Thank you! Pool is used at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
SWINGS - Swings have 250 lb weight limit. Do not jump from, spin, or swing high on swings They are meant for your enjoyment and relaxation. Supervise children if they are using the swings.
FIRE PIT- Fire pit is used at own risk. Please use extreme caution when lighting and using fire pit. Glass in fire pit can be sharp, please do not touch for any reason. Glass and surrounding areas can be HOT. Turn off propane after use.
