Apartment #3 is located on the ground level of our beautifully restored 1885 victorian home. It is a brand new Studio apartment with a King size bed, private bathroom with walk in shower. The Studio features a seating area, 55" Smart TV, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge. We have incorporated modern amenities and stylish decor in this studio apartment which includes a separate heating and air conditioning unit. There is also a private parking lot in back of the home with one designated parking space for apt.#3.
*We have gone to great lengths while remodeling this Studio apartment to alleviate the noise from the apartment above (which we also rent out to vacationers) but since our home is 135 years old, you will still be able to hear footsteps and other noise from above.
