This house has an incredibly good location with an bird sanctuary, Alvaret just neaby and a fantastic view from part of the property towards both Alvaret and Kalmarsund! From the property you also reach the possibility of swimming with a sandy beach without crossing any road. The house consists of a welcoming hall with adjoining fully tiled bathroom. The kitchen is large and practical and open to the dining area which is located in a bay window with several windows. In the living room you will find a wood burning stove that can be lit in cooler weather. The bedroom has two single beds. Via the kitchen you come out to the glazed conservatory where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the summer, as well as the stairs up to the upper floor. This consists of a large open room (low ceiling height) with two single beds and two bedrooms with two single beds in each room. You also have access to a cozy guest cottage with a single bed and a sofa bed. A bit from the house you will find a nice gazebo located with a magnificent view of Kalmarsund. Here you can sit in the evenings and listen to birdsong and admire the beautiful sunsets over a piece of food. On the plot there are several sun and outdoor furniture, hammock, a small playhouse, sandpit, lawn for football and other outdoor games. There are many flowers in the garden and for the meal you can season with herbs from the spice garden. Barbecue is also available in the garden. Here you live close to the island's finest protected area for seabirds and seal sanctuary which is located about 1.5 km from the cottage also a swimming area with bathing jetty. The Alvaret that lies next door invites you to a colorful splendor of orchids and other distinctive vegetation. The groves provide a splendor of floral splendor and birds chirping. Grönhögen golf is about 20 km. Literature, culture and nature lectures are arranged in the parish cottage. Capellagården is located 15 km north of the cottages and offers summer courses in textiles, carpentry, upholstery and ceramics. The art round falls in connection with Ascension Day.
