The apartment is located in Via Mantova, 88 on the second floor of a building with elevator. Great location a few steps from the Scientific Center Rizzi that you can see from the window of the house. Aperitif in the center? The bus stop is a 2 minute walk. You are in full session of exams and do not want to move? The supermarket is in front of the building. Large garden and parking for bicycles. The apartment has been completely renovated, it consists of 5 single rooms, 2 full bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with veranda, all new furniture ! What does all inclusive? Monthly rent + expenses + Heating + waste fee + electricity bill, water and gas + INTERNET.
