GET TO THE POINT and never leave! This secluded property benefits from its own private point resulting in the cottage being surrounded by three sides of waterfront! Two separate cottages joined by a fully enclosed breezeway offers privacy and separate living spaces for multi-family guests. For cooler nights and mosquito relief, the oversized screened in porch is a guest favourite. For outdoor entertaining, the granite patio offers gorgeous, island dotted views of Lake Muskoka. A defining feature of this property is the ability to experience all day sun! Starting with breakfast on the boathouse dock, afternoons lounging on the swim raft, and sunset views on the second sundock on the other side of the point, Get to the Point! provides maximum sun exposure all summer long! Muskoka chairs, picnic tables, and umbrellas can be found by the waterfront for ultimate relaxation. Get to the Point! also offers special waterfront amenities including a water slide and outdoor shower!
INTERIORS
The main cottage has hardwood floors throughout, solid pine panelling and a massive granite fireplace. The second attached cottage (called the Pharcyde) has a wood stove and double height floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Additionally, there is a two story boathouse, with accommodations on the upper level, a perfect spot for giving older children some privacy, and a 23" slip on water level.
