This large yet cozy two-story 3-bedroom house on Darwin St in the Saanich area of Victoria is very centrally-located, with lots of local attractions and beautiful parks nearby. It's also only minutes away from Uptown Mall, a large shopping centre with clothing stores, restaurants, and retail stores.
The space features a comfy private living room with a gas-powered fireplace, 6 lounge seats, a Roku TV, a coffee table, plus a roll-top wooden desk which is great for getting work done on your laptop! There is a dining room with a nice wooden dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pantry items, spices, coffee & machine, assorted teas, and any appliances you need - just let us know what items you want when booking. Please contact us with any questions.
There's a small reception area in the entryway with an armchair, as well as a huge uncovered balcony / deck with a table, seating area and BBQ included! There's a huge driveway with tons of free parking space, plus free street parking if needed. En-suite laundry is also included.
Pets are allowed, but only after arrangement.
All of our properties are fully furnished and priced with all applicable cleaning fees, utilities, internet, and $3000 accidental damage insurance included in the price. You pay nothing else, just buy your basic foods and move right in! Plus, comfy slippers & luxury bath robes are included in your rental, so you will feel well-pampered when staying with us!
