Perfect Nashville location! This gorgeous, brand new guest house is in the heart of 12 South, right off fashionable and fun 12th Avenue South. 2-minute walk to some of Nashville's best restaurants, coffee shops, murals and stores and a huge park; 10-minute walk to Belmont U; 1 mile to Vanderbilt, 2 miles from the Gulch and 3 miles to downtown and Lower Broadway. Our perfectly crafted guest has its own private entrance, parking, full kitchen, living / dining room and a lower level bedroom.
The space
We just completed this private guest house with our friends and guests in mind. We know you will be very comfortable - this is a full 1-bedroom home, complete with a kitchen and living-dining room, and laundry. Whether you are visiting for fun or work we know you'll be comfortable here.
Our guest cottage is a large one-bedroom (approx. 900 square feet.) The kitchen, living and dining are on the upper level; and the bedroom and bath on the lower level. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The upper level has a couch which folds into a wide-single/narrow double bed; we also have an air mattress with an electric pump that is a large double. (It's labeled Queen, but it's narrower than a Queen.)
The maximum capacity is 3 adults; we will also accept a party of 4 - 5 if it's a family with 2 adults and their children.
