Attic on the second floor, fully furnished; kitchen complete with appliances, dishes and dishwasher. A single room for kitchen and living room of about 70 square meters; a bathroom with shower and bidet; two bedrooms (also communicating), one large with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sofa and two other single beds; the other, smaller with two / three single beds. A sofa bed is also placed in the large living room
Air conditioning both in the dining room and in the two bedrooms.
Since our private home is located on the first floor, therefore below the attic, we are practically always available for any need. In the summer, the large garden with swimming pool is a space that can be used in common.
Located at the foot of the massif of Mount Catria, Frontone, formerly known as "the Switzerland of the Marches" and "the Pearl of Catria" is considered an ideal destination for stays, both in summer and in winter. In the summer season you can enjoy a mild and healthy climate, along the numerous nature trails both in the valley and along the plateaus and beech woods of Mount Catria; in winter, the renovated cable car will take you from an altitude of 500 meters above sea level in Caprile, to 1400 meters above sea level in Cupa delle Cotaline, directly on the snow-covered ski slopes and to the restaurant and rooms of the Cotaline Refuge. It will not be difficult to meet or otherwise see the rich fauna of Mount Catria made up of species of great scientific interest: to remember the golden eagle, which nests on these peaks, the pilgrim, the rock partridge, the solitary sparrow, the wallcreeper and the Alpine chaffinch; and also fallow deer, roe deer, mouflons; in spring, the magical flowering of the numerous plant essences of this mountain will amaze and enchant you: the blooms of Viola di Eugenia (Viola eugeniae), Primula (Primula veris), Genziane (Gentiana verna, Gentiana columnae), Narcissus ( Narcissus poeticus), various Orchids and Forget-me-nots (Myosotis alpestris).
Points of interest in the area are undoubtedly the Castle of Frontone, a ducal fortress dating back to the year 1000 and the entire historic village below, with civilian homes and various restaurants; a short distance from Frontone we find the Monastery of Fonte Avellana, mentioned by Dante, who stayed here, in the Divine Comedy (canto Xxi ° del Paradiso), the Gola del Furlo Nature Reserve, the Frasassi Caves, the cities of Urbino, Gubbio , of Sassoferrato; the beaches of Marotta and Senigallia (the Velvet Beach) are within easy reach.
The Ancona Marche Airport is about 70 km away.

Il B&B Mansarda Viti è un appartamento privato nel quale vengono messe a disposizione degli ospiti una o più camere da letto, il soggiorno e la cucina per la preparazione dei vostri pasti. Essendo il B&B una piccola struttura a gestione familiare, non esiste un servizio di reception disponibile in tutte le ore del giorno come succede per gli hotel, perciò ogni turista è tenuto a comunicare telefonicamente al proprietario l'orario d'arrivo almeno 24 ore prima dell'arrivo stesso. Recarsi alla struttura senza aver avvisato circa l'ora d'arrivo può causare spiacevoli attese; tale disguido non può essere motivo di reclami o di pretese di Della Casa
- La colazione non viene servita, ma vi vengono forniti tutti gli ingredienti necessari per prepararvela e un dolce fatto in casa.
- Si richiede il rispetto del silenzio nelle ore canoniche dalle 14 alle 17 e dalle 22 alle 08 e comunque si prega di mantenere un comportamento decoroso durante tutta la giornata per non disturbare l'altrui tranquillità.
- E' severamente Vietato Fumare in mansarda e nei luoghi comuni.
- L'acqua è un bene prezioso, si prega di chiudere bene i rubinetti del bagno ad ogni utilizzo.
- Non lasciare le luci della camera e gli impianti (clima, tv) accesi una volta che si va fuori.
- Nel B&B sono ammessi gli animali. E' assolutamente vietato far salire gli animali sui letti, sui divani, sulle poltrone, sui tavoli, sulle sedie. E' assolutamente vietato utilizzare la doccia o il bagno per la toilette degli animali. Si raccomanda di avere rispetto per gli ospiti che verranno dopo di voi.
- Non è permesso agli ospiti, per motivi di Pubblica Sicurezza, far accedere persone non registrate all'interno della struttura; eventuali deroghe alla presente norma dovranno essere richieste direttamente al proprietario della struttura.
- Feste e riunioni di qualsiasi tipo non sono permesse all'interno della struttura.
- Festeggiamenti in occasione di particolari ricorrenze (Natale, Capodanno, Pasqua, ecc.) sono consentite agli ospiti registrati, nei limiti delle norme stabilite per il rispetto dell'altrui tranquillità e del Buon Senso; eventuali altre presenze dovranno essere preventivamente richieste e autorizzate dal titolare della struttura.
- Per l'entrata e l'uscita dalla struttura non ci sono orari, gli ospiti potranno entrare e uscire a loro piacimento purchè si rispettino le norme del Buon Senso (non urlare, non correre nel scendere le scale, non sostare sui pianerottoli, non sbattere le porte ecc.)
- Ogni ospite è tenuto a risarcire eventuali danni arrecati al B&B per l'uso improprio delle dotazioni complementari quali clima, tv, frigo, microonde, tavolini, sedie ecc.
- Ogni volta che gli ospiti lasciano la struttura, è loro responsabilità assicurarsi che tutte le finestre e le porte siano chiuse, al fine di garantire la sicurezza della proprietà e prevenire eventuali danni provocati dall'acqua piovana.
