**1st floor is owner occupied but this unit is fully isolated from the 1st floor. No shared space and you'll have full privacy.
**2nd floor - Enter into an open concept living and dining space equipped with a 65" HDTV with Hulu, Netflix and Prime Videos, a dining table good for 4 people, and a sofa. Spacial family room comes with a 75" TV with Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, sofas, and a corner desk, which offers you enough space for family gathering. Half bathroom is there to provide extra convenience.
Full kitchen includes french door refrigerator, over the range microwave, convection gas oven and stove with air fry, dishwasher, water kettle, coffee maker, and reverse osmosis filtered drinking water. Pots, pans, cups, plates, and utensils are all available for use. We also offer coffee and tea bags. First aid kit and fire extinguisher are in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
**3rd floor - 2 bedrooms both have private bathrooms. Both bedrooms have queen beds with 14" spring mattresses, 4 pillows, warm comforters and high-end arm chairs. In one of the bedrooms we also have a dedicated working space set up for you. Master bathroom comes with double vanities, shower and tub combo, and smart toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and towels are all available. The 2nd bathroom has the similar settings. Washer and dryer are located on this floor.
You will have access to the 2nd and the 3rd floor of the house. 1st floor is owner occupied so please be respectful when you are using the space. You will have 1 designated parking spot in front of the right side of the garage, but there are a lot of free street parkings available in the neighborhood, so parking would be a breeze!
The house is located in a quiet, safe and convenient neighborhood. Major tech companies are within 10 mins' drive and it's close to Grass Lawn Park and Bridle Trails. Easy access to Hwy 520 to visit Seattle, Bellevue, and everything else that the Pacific NW has to offer!

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.
2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We've got exemption from Airbnb so please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.
10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
