The main floor includes a private grand entrance door, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large fully renovated kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms, laundry room, office, and a Master Bedroom balcony, and a wrap around balcony, both with stunning ocean views. The bottom floor includes its own private entrance, 2 bedrooms, living room space with a pool table, kitchenette, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony with ocean views.
