Modern and well-appointed cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna as well as 2 activity rooms with the possibility of various activities located in Marielyst with approx. 900 meters to one of Denmark's best beaches. The cottage's pool section contains both a large swimming pool with swimming coach, large whirlpool for 6 people and a sauna with room for 6 people. The swimming pool is 18 m & # 178 ;, and there is a built-in staircase to the pool. In the activity rooms you can play pool / billiards, table football, darts and table tennis. There are several TVs in different departments as well as a soundbar with bluetooth. One TV is with Chromecast and there is cable TV with many Danish, German and Nordic channels. There is free wireless internet and PlayStation, so there are plenty of opportunities to have fun. In one of the activity rooms there is an additional refrigerator. The cottage is extremely spacious and well-dimensioned and built around two separate sleeping areas. In both wards there are 3 bedrooms and 1 loft. Each section has a bathroom and there is an extra bathroom in connection with the pool section. In addition, there is a cot and high chair for the little ones. The house's meeting point is the large kitchen / living room with dining and living room, where there is room for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped with many appliances, including dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, microwave and more. From the living room you can go out to a large terrace of 70 m2, where you can sunbathe, find shelter, grill and have fun. There is comfortable underfloor heating throughout the house, and the house is heated with air / water heat pump, so it is very energy friendly. In one of the activity rooms there is a washing machine and dryer just as there is an exercise rib, and the room is so large that you can practice yoga and Pilates with your own equipment.
