Sleeping 8 across four bedrooms; one super king bedroom with ensuite, two king size (one of which can be made up into a twin on request), and one twin room with family bathroom and additional downstairs toilet. In the heart of the house is an impressive light and airy fully fitted kitchen with all modern amenities, leading out through to the landscaped garden, a favourite place for guests to enjoy a morning coffee, afternoon tea or evening glass of wine. From the kitchen head through to a characterful dining room, a perfect place for family celebrations and creating those special holiday memories together.

The cottage sits at the heart of the popular Lune Valley village of Casterton, next door to the 18th Century village coaching inn. Casterton is very close to Kirkby Lonsdale (a 35-minute pleasant walk or 5-minute drive). The town has many independent shops, bars and restaurants and Booths Supermarket. Home to Devils Bridge, a nature trail walk into the wooded gorge with spectacular views of the 300ft Mynach Waterfalls.
