No reservation needed here! Huge heated pool and 12 person hot tub waits for you in the newly landscaped backyard complete with outdoor kitchen anda patio table that seats 25! There is a jump deck into the dry end for you adrenaline junkies, and a Waterslide that begins on the balcony with twists and turns for the enjoyment of everyone! Plenty of grass and loungers. Enjoy the incredible acoustics in the grand entry as you listen to the baby grand fill the 30 ft stone walls and inspiring ribbed brick ceiling. Chihuly blown glass lighting is found throughout the castle as well as commissioned fine art. All 4 levels have endless amounts of patio space to enjoy the majestic views and watch the hot air balloons as they glide past the property each morning around 8 am. The kitchen has two oversized fridge and freezer sets, 3 dishwashers, ice maker, two stoves and an unreal beautiful 16 foot quartzite island. Gorgeous formal dining with surround window architecture connecting to a dining overflow patio with a disappearing sliding door and BBQ ready to grill. Your guests who are young at heart will enjoy the hidden slides through the various levels of the castle, as well as the climbing rock wall and foam pit. The top floor is an adventure level full of hidden passageways and multiple rooms for endless hours of fun for the kids. Your teenagers will enjoy the casita game room with ping pong, pool table, air hockey, foosball, basketball and a huge 100 inch TV. The bottom level of the castle is all entertainment with zero bedrooms. Your night owl family members can play all night while the rest of the family sleeps without being disturbed. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy Zions National Park (1 hour away). Rent e-bikes, hike The Narrows, or attempt the intense Angel’s Landing for the serious hikers.
