Our spacious, modern apartment is designed for co-living, providing a comfortable and convenient living experience for all residents. There are 2 bathrooms to share between the residents. There is also a seating area in the communal area and a dining area in the kitchen for socializing with your roommates. Additionally, there is a storage room to keep your belongings, and a washroom that will be used for washing machines and cleaning supplies, and you can dry the clothes there. RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).
- For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number.
- During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in.
- The security deposit must be paid before or during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received
- The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00.
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
- Pets or animals are not allowed.
MONTHLY CONTRACT: The tenant will always pay the entire month's rent, regardless of the move-in/move-out date. For example: if the tenant moves in on the 28th of August, they will pay for the full month of August.
We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and assist with obtaining the Residential Visa
