Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Smooth check-in. Lobby staff were helpful and polite. A mini mall is just beside the tower, otherwise,major malls are 15-20 minutes walking distance away. The unit is clean and not cluttered with unnecessary decors/fixtures. Clothes iron and hair dryer are a plus. Pillows and blanket are comfy enough. Stove is available but no cooking utensils around, although microwave,toaster and water heater are provided.
Negative: Just some minor issues 1) a centralized means for communication is appreciated: using 3 platforms can be confusing-- booking.com, citiscapes fb page and whatsapp... 2) Pls improve efficiency in processing the GA approval. Do not send a message late at night prior to check-in re: the need to send an ID for GA approval, which I have already inquired about as soon as my booking was confirmed. It also helps avoiding any doubt about the legitemacy of the booking if host communicates early on about the requirements and inhouse rules/policies.
