Hi, my name is Veljko. I am ex-merchant marine officer. Last few years I stop with sailing and I start to work in tourism. My decision is to built "paradise on the earth" villa in private park. Pure nature, grinery, birds and sounds of nature. We offering large apartments with two bedrooms ideal for family vacation. Our apartments are ideal for 4 persons but we tolerate up to 6 persons in each apartment. Our facilities are ranked with 4 stars. We have safe private parking with natural shadow for your car. Parking is free of charge. Nearest beach is just 70 m from apartments, city center is 200 m away. Everything here you can reach by short walk. Risan is small town in Boka gulf. Oldest place in area. Three airports are around : Tivat 25 km , Dubrovnik 60km and Podgorica 118 km.
We are good choice for a families with kids. Here is a lot of space for kids play. Area of Boka Kotorska gulf is full of historical monuments from time of Roman Empire and earlier.
From our location you can reach everything by short walk. Beach, restaurants, pubs and shops. Let your car to stay on our parking in shadow. Risan village is very well located for the people who like excursions in all directions. Welcome!
