About this space
Come enjoy this mountain resort. Relax in the 7 person Hot Tub & 6 person Sauna; or be brave and try the cold plunge. Nestled among the trees, enjoy the wild life that loves to come and visit. Sleeping room for 7 and a large kitchen and living space, this place will have plenty of room for the whole family.
This property is located 17 mins from Sundance Resort & 8 minutes from BYU & 9 minutes from Costco (important). Close to everything but you'll feel far away nestled away into the hills.
The space
You’ll be staying in a basement apartment. We live upstairs. We have 5 kids. They can be loud, but mostly between the hours of 8am-7pm when they are home. The place is quiet and serene most of the time. We aren’t worried about noise, but if you are, this might not be the place for you.
Have a pet? That’s okay, we recently had $4500 worth of damage done by some dogs that we had to pay for out of pocket (the new carpet) so we’d like to keep it nice. If possible please keep all animals off the furniture and have them stay in the kitchen area if you are leaving them here while you’re away for a time. Thanks!

Complaints we have had (from one person)
-floodlight on west side (they weren’t aware there is a light switch on the right hand side of the sliding glass door in the master bedroom)
-no thermostat (I wish there was, an option we had was to leave an iPad down there with our thermostat up to control the main floor and downstairs, but we have had guests steal things before we thought we wouldn’t risk it, thus we have a bedroom heater if anyone needs it warmer. You’re always welcome to ask if we can bump the temp up or down a few degrees)
-projector has a large smudge defect in the middle/right (this has grown overtime, it used to be small, working on a solution, I think I’ll need a new bulb)
-kids' footsteps and chairs moving were pretty loud (we do have 5 kids ranging from ages 1 to 7. Quite hour is from 11pm-7am, the kids have school at 8:30am so we try to stay upstairs unit 8am and are usually in the kitchen from 8-8:30 eating breakfast and getting ready)
