A really lovely property with contemporary style and beautiful furnishings, set in a private enclosed garden on the edge of the village, enjoying views over gardens to countryside. The garden is constantly upgraded and very well maintained with new plants etc. and the cottage itself has been redecorated inside and out to keep it pristine. The garden is self-enclosed with ample area for a pet or children, safety being a major concern.
The cottage is 4 miles away from Skegness with all the fun of the fair, cinema, nature park at Gibraltar Point and lovely sandy beach. Gunby Hall National Trust is 3 miles away and Lincoln is a scenic drive across the Wolds. Brewery tours in Wainfleet are 4 miles away, Horncastle’s antique emporiums and walking in Tennyson Country are within easy reach.
