Negative: Couldn't sleep the whole time i was there. Neighbors making noise, especially the top floor. Every day, they screech the floor. Having to request for Electricity. Had to buy myself gas to save the little electricity they buy for us. Had to request things. There is no manual for directions, like where to find what, how the tv works, or wifi passcode,stove kettles, and so on. You figure things out yourself. They assume everyone who comes there knows how everything works or is from SA and knows Johannesburg. Requesting for an assistance was a waste of my time. I even wanted to cut my stay short. They brought a washing machine that doesn't work. Had to go fend for myself. Television is not mounted, so if you have active kids, it's a no-go area. There's also nothing to help assist you should you need medical assistance. There are no numbers to call, no direction to the nearest hospital or clinic or even a name.
