We built a 2 bedroom apartment 25 feet from our indoor/outdoor Hydro Pool. Both bedrooms have walkout French doors that face directly to the pool. The pool, bathrooms and bedrooms are wheelchair accessible. The apartment has a full size kitchen and living area that will seat 4 people comfortably on reclining chairs and sofa. This is a beautiful brand new place that is very bright inside from natural light coming in. The apartment comes with a Fridge/freezer, Glass top stove and oven, Coffee maker and filters, Toaster, toaster oven, pots and pans plus many other little things you want in a kitchen. The living area has an Android Smart TV and Wifi Internet. Couch in living area is also a sofa bed and the reclining chairs make a nice area for 4 people too relax. There is 2 bedrooms, the Lavender room has a king bed and dresser with matching night tables. The Green room has a queen bed and dresser with night table.
This place is part of a 6000 square foot house that we live in when not travelling in our motorhome. The apartment is all new and was finished june 2016.
It is in a very quiet neighborhood that is nice for walks and has parks and trails for people who like to enjoy nature.
You will love this place, it is beautiful. No children under 12 , not kid friendly, hot tub is for adults, no extra guests allowed, no family reunions allowed here
