Nestled in the hills overlooking Remanso Bay, this secret hideaway is waiting for those wanting to have all the amenities of home and experience the sights and sounds of the local wildlife.
You are close enough to town to go enjoy what San Juan del Sur has to offer and yet just far enough away that you can enjoy the peace and quiet at night-time, something that can not be found directly in town.
The home has air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and hot water throughout the home, new furnishings, fully-equipped appliances and plenty of kitchenware. It also has a coffee machine, toaster, blender, water cooler, microwave and an outdoor gas barbecue.
There are also two completely furnished patios in the home, one covered patio outside the front door and a sun deck on top of the home.
