Our neighborhood is next to the future Walmart home office, and only 3 minutes to the Momentary, or I-49, and about 6 minutes to Downtown Bentonville where you can be in the mix of everything.
Inside you are instantly greeted by our bold Narragansett (hence the name) Green cabinets, Cambria quartz countertops, a marble kitchen backsplash, and a stunning marble dry-stack surrounding our state-of-the-art gas fireplace. Boasting professional series appliances, you will discover how great of a chef you can be in our fully equipped kitchen with a GE Cafe double oven, gas range, dishwasher, fridge and built-in convection microwave. The kitchen sink has a host of features all on it's own. With an extra large sink basin, modern Delta faucet, and edged rim to receive a strainer, cutting board, and drying racks (all located in the lazy susan to the left).
You won't miss a thing while your cooking it up, as the living room, dining room, and kitchen have all been converted to an open floor plan. Watch the game on the Smart TV above the fireplace while friends and family play games at the table and the kids build a puzzle in the living room.
When you're ready to call it a night, the first bedroom offers an oversized custom made, full-sized day bed with lots of built-in cabinets, and an extra fun attic space for the kids to hang out (children must be monitored when climbing the ladder and using this space, homeowner not responsible for injuries). The second bedroom is where all Minecraft fans want to be, with a custom painted Minecraft mural, a separate attic resort, and a full size trundle bed with a pull-out twin and an full futon.
The Master bedroom features a Tempur-pedic king size mattress so you can let the day's activities melt away as you relax into a peaceful night's rest. A chest of drawers is hidden in the closet to provide more space for you to relax in the room. An en-suite is attached to this room, with a toilet and sink. The hall bathroom has custom, tung-oil finishes over hickory wood on both the double sink and the over-toilet cabinet. With heated floors, gorgeous mosaic tiles, and quartz countertops, you may not want to leave this hall bathroom.
Outside you will find a patio firepit table, propane grill (grilling supply kit as well), and lots of space for you to play and relax. We offer several outdoor games, and when you're ready to come inside, you'll find loads of games in the white cabinet behind the table.
For parking we offer a single car garage, and double driveway with room for 4-6 vehicles.
We make sure you are provided with luxury linens, lots of extra pillows, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher detergent, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels, plus a few extras. As a host, we strive to make sure you feel at home in our space and that you have everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. We will be remodeling the Master bath into a full bathroom by spring 2024, and we will be updating landscaping this fall! Until those updates occur, please enjoy our reduced rates for this luxury home in the heart of Bentonville.
