The lower level has a separate kitchen with dishwasher, dining room with table and chairs, and lounge room with 80cm Tv, Dvd player and stereo. One bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom with one Queen & single bed, and the third bedroom with a set of bunk beds. There are full laundry facilities, toilet and separate shower.
The upper level has a lounge room with 51cm Smart Tv and Dvd player. Main bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite with shower and toilet. Large deck off lounge area with outdoor sitting and barbeque. There is also a double lock-up garage.
Please note the air conditioning is only in the upstairs living area and the 2 back bedrooms downstairs.
Linen is included . Please note beds are not made due the linen hire company used unless stated.
