Enjoy a relaxing, coastal vibe while visiting Augusta, GA for the Masters Tournament 2025! This 3200 sq. ft. house in Evans (13 miles from the Augusta National) has 4 cozy bedrooms (can sleep up to 12 including kids or 11 adults) + 3 full bathrooms + new sunroom + a heated, saltwater pool (40' x 16') with a natural rock waterfall! The pool is kept at a very comfortable 85 F (can be adjusted upon request) and great for swimming laps or just playing around (we have lots of towels, robes and goggles) and you'll love the sound of cascading water.
We are in the process of completely transforming the backyard, so more pictures will be added as we complete areas like the fire pit and hammock area, but you can see in the current photos the 1000 sq ft flagstone patio, the pool, the bocce court and patio with 4 lounge chairs, a large umbrella and an outdoor table with 4 french bistro chairs.
The only caveat is that we have just built an addition onto the house and we may stay there during your stay. If we do decide to stay there, our goal would be that you wouldn't even know we are there, but if you like hosts that are more involved, we can accommodate that as well!
Also, no pets please and daily cleaning is only upon request.
Important Notes: If clean is important to you, you'll appreciate this house. We keep it clean, and ask the same of our guests. You wouldn't know by visiting, but 2 cats live here; so please consider that if any of your party deals with allergies.
- 4 Bedrooms (upstairs) for up to 9 guests:
The master bedroom at the top of the stairs is its own suite with an electric fireplace, an exercise nook with a pool view from the treadmill, plus its own large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub (for 1-2 guests).
The tropical bedroom features a split king bed that can be converted to 2 twin XLs if needed (one medium mattress and one firm mattress; for 1-2 guests); this has a pool view.
The boat bedroom has a bunk bed set-up and can accommodate 1-2 adults or up to 3 kids (who will have to decide who gets the top bunk!). No pool view.
The beach bedroom is for those who'd like a queen bed, desk and a heated, massage chair while they watch TV (for 1-2 guests). No pool view.
- Additional sleeping options (for 2 or 3 guests):
1 twin bed for 1 guest (can be placed upstairs or downstairs upon request)
1 couch in the living room that converts to a full-sized bed for 1-2 guests
- Bathrooms:
There are 3 full-sized bathrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs.
There is also a washer and dryer upstairs if needed with laundry detergent, stain remover and dryer sheets. This room actually has a pool view!
Common Areas Downstairs + Extra Amenities:
Guests can enjoy their morning coffee or tea prepared in the coffee nook (there is a large drip coffee maker, electric kettle, Mr. Coffee iced coffee maker, Keurig + pods and a Nespresso + pods) in the bright front sitting room that faces east or look out onto the pool from the sunroom. We also have a large dining room that seats 8 comfortably. The glass table in the kitchen can fit another 4 people. The outdoor table fits 4 comfortably.
You'll feel like you're in your own kitchen with plenty of room to prepare any sized meal with a double oven, glass stove top, Breville combination microwave (it's an oven and air fryer too!) and one of the quietest dishwashers ever so you won't be disturbed while just hanging out, watching TV in the living room or playing games (of which we have plenty including Catan, Cribbage, Mexican Train Dominoes, Quacks of Quedlinburg, Battleship and more + lots of puzzles and books).
Then, after you get home from the Tournament, we provide Fubo TV so you won't miss any of the Masters coverage or you can relax and enjoy the sunset from the living room while sitting around the gas fireplace or outside around the pool after grilling on the large charcoal grill. For hanging out at night, you can sit around the fire pit set above the pool.
We also provide firewood, charcoal, lighter fluid, breakfast foods and juices, coffees, teas, laundry supplies, luggage racks, bed linens, towels and toiletries to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.
