Everything is on one floor for easy access, with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms down the hall, away from the common areas. There is also a sofa sleeper in part of the sectional sofa in the living area. Additional amenities of this home are many, and include a wood fireplace, sauna, private grass tennis court and lots of outdoor deck space.
