Colonial Villa is one of the best and most exclusive villas with a private pool
in Catalonia, featuring a bohemian Ibiza-style decor.
The entrance to the house is located on the upper floor.
The first suite is directly in front of the entrance. It features a large
double bed and a full bathroom. A balcony runs along the first floor and
connects the rooms. Several tables and seating areas allow you to enjoy views
of the sea and the pool, which is two floors below.
The hallway leads to two additional bedrooms with double beds, a full
bathroom, and a bedroom with a single bed.
A staircase leads to a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, as well
as a full bathroom.
A few more steps lead to the living room and dining area. The room has large
glass windows that light up the villa throughout the day and offer incredible
sea views.
At the end of the room is the sofa facing the TV, a large wooden table, and on
the other side, the open kitchen, which is fully equipped.
