Villa Teresa, rinnovata nel 2022, con giardino si trova in una posizione invidiabile che poche case hanno a Punta Prosciutto. La villa è composta da tre camere da letto, un bagno, sala da pranzo con zona cottura e sgabuzzino.
La prima camera da letto è arredata con letto matrimoniale, la seconda con due letti singoli che all'occorrenza possono diventare un matrimoniale e la terza camera è arredata con due letti singoli, un divano letto matrimoniale ed è possibile posizionare due letti a castello su richiesta, con supplemento.
La sala da pranzo è molto spaziosa e si affaccia sulla veranda, posta sul fronte della villa, arredata con tavolo e sedute per poter mangiare anche all'esterno. I divanetti da giardino, collocati nella veranda, sono stati pensati per momenti di relax per le mamme e per i bambini che potranno giocare serenamente, mentre i papà potranno grigliare sul barbecue in pietra sorseggiando un cocktail.
