Positive: Easy to find Close proximity to the beach
Negative: No directions to find the apartment in a huge block. Carrying heavy luggage up and down staircase trying to find where number 29 was. No instructions for parking vehicle. Lounge fan not working. No instructions for tv operation. No complimentary coffee or water!! Difficult for a tired overseas guest arriving late at night. Up your game please.
