Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually, it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.
Our property is located near a popular bar, which contributes to the vibrant atmosphere of the area. However, guests may occasionally experience noise, particularly during the evening hours. We want to ensure you have a comfortable stay, so please take this into consideration before booking.
As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection
One hallway closet will be locked and not accessible to guests as that is where we store our cleaning supplies and other essentials. Only our cleaning/maintenance team has access to that. We apologize for any inconvenience. There are various other closets and cabinets in the entire apartment to store your belongings.
