Summary: I stayed at this VRBO during a two-month work relocation and it was overall a great experience! Some highlights of this property included - how well stocked the property was, natural light inside the house, plenty of parking, comfortable beds, in unit laundry, and proximity to Downtown (Higuera/ Monterey). Robin was nothing short of a great host - always replying promptly if I needed anything or giving me heads up if people were stopping by to work on the property. A few areas of improvement at the property could be improved water pressure in the shower, automatic lights in the side alley and back parking lot, and curtains for privacy along the kitchen sliding glass doors. Nonetheless this is definitely a property I'd recommend to friends and somewhere I would consider staying again.
