Enjoy the lavish views of the Ballard neighborhood where a beautiful garden oasis awaits you on the rooftop deck or for a more romantic vibe, relax on the reclining chairs on the balcony with a glass of wine or pint just off the primary bedroom. A library of DVD’s and board games are located in the living where you can enjoy a SMART TV with endless streaming or gaze at the beautiful artwork displayed around the home. The space is also equipped with a lovely landscaped yard and a large parking space.
