You'll love this 3-story 3,500 Square Foot home with 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms - there is high-end furniture and FAST WIFI throughout (Wifi Mesh Network).
★Simple Check-In and Digital Guidebook★
We have traveled all over and know the struggles of navigating a new place for the first time and trying to find a VRBO late at night after a long day of travel - that is why we provide a very easy self-check-in that includes pictures and videos so you won't feel like are in the middle of a scavenger hunt.....we also have videos and pictures of how everything works in the home so you'll never wonder "how does this thing turn on".
★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★
One of the bedrooms has a King Sized Bed, three bedrooms have Queen Sized Beds, and there is 1 Sofa Bed that turns into a Queen Sized Bed, another sofa bed that turns into a twin sized bed, a very comfortable Queen Sized Air Mattress (w/ automatic pump) so we can host a large group very comfortably!
We also have a Pack N Play & high chair for the little ones!
★LIVING AREA★
There are 2 large living areas - both with large Smart TVs and comfortable couches. The downstairs living area has a pool table and poker table (w/a a full chipset) as well!
The downstairs living room also has a knock-off Nintendo with 621 games preinstalled including Mario Brothers, Tecmo Bowl, Excitebike etc.
★GAS FIREPLACE★
Get a fire going with the flip of a switch - extra heat and a great ambiance!

Cook on the propane grill while overlooking Apple Valley Golf Course - one of the best courses in the state! There is a patio on the entry floor and on the bottom floor - both with views of the golf course and surrounding mountains.
★KITCHEN★
You will have everything you need to make meals for a large group - A modern kitchen with a full-sized oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all of the pots/pans, spices, and cooking oil you'll need! We provide Ground Starbucks Coffee for our guests!
Brand new "Rachel Ray" Pots/Pans were purchased in Jan 2022!
★BATHROOMS★
3 Full bathrooms and an additional 1/2 bathroom means you and your friends will never need to wait on each other - each bathroom is very modern with high-end fixtures.
One of the upstairs bathrooms is between 2 bedrooms - each side of the bathroom has a sink and changing area so you won't need to worry about someone taking up a bathroom while getting ready.

We have a large table near the kitchen for big meals + seating at the counter by the sink + 2 patios if you prefer to sit outside and enjoy the great weather and views.‎

The home is the #3 unit of a quadplex and shares a wall with another home but the home is extremely well built meaning you won't ever hear the neighbors and will have full privacy during your stay. The area you are renting is 3 Stories and 3,500 Square Feet - all pictures in this listing are of rooms inside the home that only your group will have access to.
We have one exterior camera over the front door - we don't review footage unless an issue arises - your privacy is very important to us!
