The ground floor comprises of a spacious air-conditioned lounge area with TV (English Freeview) and Wifi, fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances and dining table and chairs. There are two bedrooms, one twin room and one double room both with built in wardrobes. Separate bathroom with WC, hand basin and shower over the bath.

Upstairs there is a double master bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is also a good size private balcony/terrace area with table and chairs. Outside is mostly tiled flooring. Good size swimming pool with sunbeds. There is also an artificial grass area with a built-in brick BBQ and table and chairs.

A 5-minute stroll away takes you to Sucina village square, where there is a village Church, small selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, post office, pharmacy and a supermarket. A short drive away you can find an array of beaches.

Places to visit:
Cartagena has a spectacular harbour with shops, cafés, restaurants and boat trips and numerous historic landmarks to visit including the Roman Theatre.

Torrevieja is a seaside city situated on the Costa Blanca. The promenades and the fishing port are great attractions for visitors. There is also a weekly open-air market which sells all kinds of foods, textiles, clothes and accessories.

Lo Pagan, Mar Menor is also a must visit for a mud bath. Free to use, for all the family. Cover yourself with the mud (said to be good for all types of skin complaints, aches and pains) then dry off in the sun, then get in the water to wash it all off. There is also a marina close by.
