This lovely three bedroom townhouse is located in the secure gated complex of Jarales de Calahonda in Calahonda. The complex offers a communal swimming pool, along with teared flowing ponds set in the well kept communal gardens. There is a choice of shops, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance of the complex and the beach is less than a kilometre away. The house benefits from a private carport and is fitted with hot & cold vented AC and free WIFI.
The house is arranged over two floors, with terrace areas to the front, rear and off the master bedroom. Located at the rear of the house is the carport and a small terrace area with a table and chairs The open plan living space is furnished with a dining area to seat six people, two sofas and a 40¨TV with international channels.
