Lovingly restored, Pettaugh Lodge has a luxurious feel with little extras such as robes for the hot tub, an afternoon tea tray on arrival and a personal welcome. Set in the quiet village of Pettaugh with easy walking and wildlife on the doorstep, the nearby village of Debenham has a range of shops, pubs and restaurants. It is just a short drive from the lively market towns of Stowmarket, with direct rail links to London, Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich. Nearby historic Framlingham has a 12th-century castle and Woodbridge has sailing on the River Deben. Don’t miss Sutton Hoo, with its ancient Anglo Saxon burial ground (NT), Aldeburgh, Southwold, bird watching at RSPB Minsmere and exploring the many picturesque villages. Close by are the Suffolk Owl Sanctuary at Stonham Barns, Baylham House Rare Horse Breeds Farm and nationally renowned gardens at Helmingham Hall. Please note the Hot tub can fit 6/7 people.
