This is the perfect location to enjoy your stay in Yerevan. It has 3 bedrooms, large and bright living room, all with beautiful original floors. The apartment has brand new bathroom and a new kitchen with all modern amenities. The apartment is located on a top floor (5th) floor with no elevator, so if you have mobility problems it may not be for you. I will be happy to answer any questions you have and see you in Yerevan! Here is a TV and also built-in wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are included. On top of the apartment there is a furnished terrace (20 m²) with a city view, including table and two armchairs where you can enjoy your breakfasts/dinners. The terrace is the ideal place to relax. In bathroom and toilet, you will find a wardrobe with hangers, mirror, an ironing board, an iron and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom offers a shower and a washing machine, cleaning supplies and a hair dryer.
