This 3 BR 2 BA home has an open floor plan, granite countertops and is packed with amenities. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from Colbert Hills Clubhouse and KSU campus. Relax on the covered patio with large fenced in backyard around the fire table at the end of the day. Perfect for those traveling for business or pleasure.
The space
Fresh and clean open floor plan with plenty of room for the family. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with custom granite countertops and new appliances. The living room has plenty of seating with three sofas and a chair. Dining room table is huge and will seat six plus three bar stools at the kitchen island.
Bedrooms
The master suite boasts a brand new king size bed and luxurious master bathroom. The second bedroom features a new queen bed with large closet. The third bedroom has a double and a single bed as well as a large closet. There is also a desk located in this room for a comfy workspace. Secondary bathroom is sleek and clean with tile floors, new linens and a variety of hair products and body wash. A queen air mattress was recently added.
Tech
Enjoy blazing fast WiFi with speeds up to 500mbps. With a large HD Smart TV there will be no problem streaming your favorite shows or catching the game on YouTube TV. Enjoy brilliant sound throughout the house with Sonos. Outdoor Ring camera system is in place for your safety.
Relax
The covered back patio features new furniture and a new combo gas/charcoal grill (propane and charcoal are provided). The yard is fenced in and immaculate. Its a great space to unwind at the end of a long day with your favorite beverage. A new fire table was recently added.
Parking
A large driveway provides plenty of room for your vehicles. The garage is not available at this time. Please do not park in the street.
