A grand Victorian staircase complete with Chandelier greets you in the foyer on the first floor.
As you arrive, the grand Grand Entrance welcomes you to The Historic Parlour Flat, a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom luxury apartment. The open plan kitchen, eating and lounge area showcases a beautiful fireplace and kitchen with original plaster swag from 1887!
3 King Beds complete the luxurious setting in each stunningly designed bedroom. Relax in a clawfoot tub or sip wine as you enjoy the view of the downtown Kansas City on the grand front porch.
TV, lightening fast internet, washer, dryer, kitchen full of cookware, and a great private courtyard are all available for your use.
There is an abundance of free street parking right out front.
This venue is not available for parties, but you will find no place better to get ready in luxury and walk to most of Kansas City's best night spots.
***Disclosure on security cameras: this home is set up as 3 separate apartments that have private entrances and all the amenities of 3 flats (kitchen, laundry, etc.) for our guests security, we have a camera in the shared foyer, and one at the rear common staircase. There are no cameras in the private, individual units. They do not capture noise. We also have an exterior camera on the front and rear porch.***

Getting Around:
Walking, Uber and Lyft are your best bets.

I have a nest camera monitoring my front door and the public (common among the three floors) areas for the safety of all guests. No cameras are present in the actual units.
House Rules. No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. No Parties. This is the place for paying guests to pre-game before they go to the party, not host a party.
Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know 24/7so we can try our best to fix it right away!
Lost and Found Policy. Did you leave something valuable behind? We want to help! Our cleaning service charges $30 to post anything you left behind back to you.
Early Check Ins / Late Check Outs. Due to our cleaning companies schedule, we cannot accommodate early check ins or late check outs. They often have many rooms to clean in one day, and have to honor the schedule as booked.

We are available when needed but will not be at the house unless invited.
