The ocean is calm and the beach is nice and wide providing plenty of space to hunt for shells and shark teeth, play beach games, fly a kite, or just sit and relax. The spacious 3 level reverse floor plan has plenty of room for your friends and family to relax and recharge. With parking for up to 4 cars, this property is ideal for multi-family getaways. The house boasts: 6 bedrooms; a fully enclosed garage and 4 stop ELEVATOR for easy loading/unloading of luggage and groceries; large ocean- and sound-side decks on EACH floor so your entire group can enjoy the sunrise/sunset and relax to the sound of the crashing waves; ceiling fans and smart TVs in ALL bedrooms and living room with access to streaming services and Blu Ray players; and family-friendly essentials provided to make your stay easier (pack-n-play, high chairs (2), safety gate for stairs, beach toys, etc.).
The 3 levels of living space mean you will have enough room for the whole group to eat, play, and relax together but also space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The convenience of the enclosed garage makes the ground floor a functional storage space for all of your beach gear and houses the large 4 burner gas grill, which can be used on either the front or back patio. The first 2 living floors each have: a king master suite, a queen room, a bunk room, and a hall bath with tub/shower combo.
The oceanfront king master suites each have relaxing ocean views and beautiful en suite bathrooms with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The 1st floor bunk room has 2 twin over twin bunks and a large wall-mounted smart TV to maximize floor space for the kids to have hours of fun in their "bunk house". Guests can enjoy beautiful sound views from the 1st floor queen room. The queen room on the 2nd floor is nestled between the other rooms and the bonus room on the 2nd floor has both sleeping and play areas with a twin over full bunk and bean bags gathered around a large TV (with Blu Ray player) to complete the "kid club". The 3rd floor has a stunning completely open floor plan to fully take advantage of the ocean and sound views and cool breezes. The large kitchen with seating for 4 at the center island flows seamlessly to the 8 person dining table and directly through the spacious living room to the ocean deck with space for both dining and relaxing. This home has beautiful high-quality finishes (granite countertops, vinyl flooring with carpeted bedrooms, crown molding, and large double pane windows) and all of the comforts of home (dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, high speed wireless internet).
