With incredible sprawling decks and extensive outdoor space, your group will have plenty of room to explore and stretch your legs or just relax and look up at the clear star filled skies. A huge kitchen stocked with every accessory and a high end built in outdoor BBQ and kitchen awaits for all your entertaining needs. 2 levels of decks, 3 outdoor fire pits ready for endless s'mores gatherings, and a new 8 person hot tub with views of rolling hills during the day and constellation gazing at night. This home is every families dream. An enormous children's room with a twin over full bunk bed and free standing full size crib can sleep 4 littles and the endless amount of toys will keep them busy day and night! Also stocked with an additional 2 pack n plays, 3 high chairs, 3 baby gates for all stairs and so much more!! Family games and puzzles galore! Soak up the sun while relaxing on the decks or cozy up in the dining room next to a wood burning fire while puzzling. A vintage piano, a wine fridge, a peloton bike, an outdoor trampoline and "mud kitchen", a hammock under the trees, 2 acres of land to run, and access to miles and miles of walking trails will keep your whole family entertained. The sunsets are breathtaking and the quiet country nights are filled with nothing but the sounds of nature. The house is the perfect spot to explore the divide! The epic confluence is just 10 min away. The historic town of Coloma only 15min. Auburn rec state park is an easy jaunt, Lake Clementine, Lotus park, old Georgetown, all within an easy drive. There is endless hiking and biking trails and lakes for kayaking or stand up paddle boarding. In the summer, be adventurous and go down the river on one of the many family friendly rafting trips available in Coloma. Booming downtown old auburn is just a scenic 20min drive and the famous apple hill district in placerville is only 40min away. Enjoy some snow at Soda springs ski resort, only an hours drive or venture further to Lake Tahoe and back for a day trip. This property has so much to offer and all the comforts of home you could possibly dream of!
Please note this is not a party home. There is a strict policy regarding maximum guests. There is a $100 fine for any noise complaints after 10pm and for each additional person on the property above the maximum guest allowance. Leases over 1 year will not be approved. This home is fully furnished and will be leased for a minimum of 30 days but no longer than 180 days. Monthly rate is negotiable and based on number of occupants and length of signed lease. Minimum monthly published rate is $4,000/month which includes all accessories and amenities. Please message owner to discuss details. A security deposit will be negotiated as well based on length of stay. This property arrangement is ideal for traveling nurses or medical professionals, PG&E or other service contractors, and individuals needing relocation and temporary placements with insurance payments (i.e. flood or fire victims needing a home during rebuilding periods). This is not a lease for more than 1 year and therefor no long term renter rights and the property is not a short term vacation rental and will not be leased for less than 30 days. A credit and background check will be required and detailed lease agreement will be required to be signed.
