Welcome to our beautiful and meticulously cleaned spacious apartment that offers a hotel-like experience in a secure neighborhood, close to stunning beaches, lively bars, and delicious restaurants. Please note our property was remodeled and refurnished and all previous issues reported in reviews before April 2024 have been fixed and improved.
The property has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathroom with a king bed in the main bedroom which also has its private bathroom and a queen bed in each of the other two bedrooms.
If you're not in the mood for exercise during your vacation, you can simply hop in the elevator that will take you to our penthouse on the fifth floor. The apartment itself has two levels. On the first level, you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a balcony.
The second floor offers an additional living room and dinning area, one bathroom, and an outdoor rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the ocean, the marina, and the mountains. The terrace features a hammock, outdoor dinning table, and areas for lounging in the sun and enjoying movie nights under the open sky. Note stairs must be taken to reach the second level.
To ensure a pleasant stay, the apartment is equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed internet, HD-Smart TVs in both living rooms and the master bedroom, and air conditioning throughout the property. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and extras for your convenience.
We provide beach accessories such as towels, chairs, and a cooler. Bathroom towels, hair dryers, and toiletries like soap, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided.
